PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
It is advisable to skip coffee and/or any kinds of stimulants before the session. Don’t drink too many liquids just before the session, helping you to avoid visits to the restroom during the session.
A meditative state of mind is very helpful, so leading up to the session allow yourself sufficient time to relax and prepare.
Do not skip your doctor’s prescriptions.
We encourage you to bring a blanket for added comfort. Some people also like an eye-mask.
